Poly ChampCore is a staple polyester-wrapped thread with a polyester multi-filament core. Its extreme seam strength and high-temperature stability make Poly ChampCore an ideal choice for applications ranging from delicate garments to heavyweight apparel. Bonding protects filaments from heat during sewing and abrasion after sewing. ChampSecure thread is constructed from meta-aramid synthetic fibers known for their excellent resistance to heat and flames. It is commonly used in protective clothing and other applications where thermal stability is crucial. ChampSecure is UL-Certified to meet rigorous safety standards and military specifications (Mil-Spec).
