The Operations Associate position is initially a trainee position, that will eventually lead to an Assistant Operations Manager, upon a lengthy orientation process. This position is designed to address operational issues and plan for continued future growth. Upon the orientation period the Operations Associate will be a contributing member of the Operations Team. The Associates awareness of the complexities of the manufacturing process combined with an in-depth DataTex™ ERP system. A major responsibility for the Operations Associate will be to thoroughly understand the capabilities of the ERP system, and become the “super-user” and a leadership role in major system upgrades. CTC is hiring Winding and Twisting Operators for our 2nd shift. The hours are 3 pm to 1 am, Monday through Thursday. Starting pay is $15.00 an hour and top pay is $16.00 an hour.
